Maylender (1926-1930), v.4, p.114 indicates that in 1844, the Academy took the name Accademia Olimpica di Scienze, Lettere ed Arti, and that by 1869, the name had become Accademia d'Agricoltura, Scienze, Lettere ed Arti. But, Maylender (1926-1930), v.4, p.119 indicates that the Academy had taken this latter name by 1867, and still had it at the time that Maylender was writing (1926-1930). Yet catalogue records in the GBV German Union cat., Harvard Univ. cat., and Univ. Bologna cat indicate that in the publications of the Academy from 1871 to 1924, the Academy referred to itself as the Accademia Olimpica di Vicenza.
